MEET JANIS ISAMAN

 

As the founder of My Body Couture, a one-on-one private movement studio, Janis is a Trauma Sensitive Movement Specialist dedicated to offering customized, body-focused fitness services to individuals with chronic pain, illness, injuries, and other movement limitations.

Her approach to wellness is rooted in a body-first lens, combining trauma-informed practices with movement and nutrition to support mental health and physical well-being. Janis holds an extensive array of trauma credentials, including:
