March 17 is World Sleep Day.

Sleep used to seem like a waste of time to me. I got over that a few years ago.

I still hear adults in a deeply adult age bracket boasting about how few hours of sleep they need.

But guuuuuues what? Although it’s tempting to skip sleep to catch up on work, you are actually counterproductive, even with 6 hours of sleep.
