If you want to make one simple change to your health, consider working on your posture.

Years ago, I noticed that, even following a fitness instructor training program, my shoulders slumped forward and I struggled to get my muscles engaged.

I stumbled upon Yamuna Body Rolling, which turned out to be life changing work for me and hundreds of my clients.

Yamuna Body Rolling is a “body sustainability” technique, designed to align the bones and joints so you can do the things you want to in your life.

For example, after I discovered this work, I was able to run a marathon with(relative) ease, just months after having a baby, even though I admit that I certainly didn’t engage in a lengthy or robust training program (not recommended, but that’s another story).

I start and finish my twice-weekly strength training workouts with some postural re-alignment by way of my silver or black ball.

Professionally speaking, I was honored as a Yamuna Body Rolling Instructor of the Month during 2015, where I was chosen from amongst the brand’s global roster of practitioners. I have been given Yauma’s blessing to teach teachers starting this fall.
