Top three things I can’t live without:

* A clutter-free kitchen and living room. Research shows that clutter increases stress, particularly for women. So I need a clutter free living space, and it’s actually scientifically proven why this is so!

* Moving my body. I need to keep my body moving or my brain starts shorting out. So I take 14 minute yin breaks and recently started walking to and from work, which is 1 km away from my home.

* Coffee. I mean, duh, right!?! I roast my own, and it’s basically the best thing ever.

What are some of the things you can’t live without?
