Most of my clients are 35+.

So I oft hear the oft-repeated “fact” that we can’t really get better bodies as we age.

I don’t personally find that is an accurate “fact”: I find the effort I put in has actually decreased as I age and yet, I haven’t changed size or body composition in any measurable way for a very long time.

So although my personal effort-to-results ratio has actually improved with age, commonly-cited science says that isn’t possible. I’m bummed out that the “facts” mean a lot of people just give up on even trying to feel comfortable in their bodies…because, you know: age.

So I was interested in THIS. The subject of the article is 105, and proof improvements are always possible. At any age.

So thank you for that update, science. I think we all needed that.
