I wrote about time management a few days ago. Finding time to do things we personally prioritize is essential for physical and emotional health.

I’ve been on a personal crusade to reduce my screen time, with some mixed success. But, bottom line: I want to substitute yin in where I’m currently sorting through emails.

So my top tip today is something that I am literally working on at the moment: email newsletter subscription management. I recommend finding at least 5 newsletters to unsubscribe to right now!

That time can be re-allocated to working on your health, be that mental or physical.
