This gem of a book was suggested to me a few years ago by someone I adore (Nyk Danu Yoga, that’s you).
To be honest, I had a hard time reading the book the first three times I tried. But the message is so simple that I figured it out and put it to action in my life: “how do you want to feel?”
Huzzah! Fourth time was a charm.
